Helical Worm Geared Motors Units (IRSD Series)
i-Mak RedüktörIn this type of gear reducers, which we have designed for applications requiring low speed, the first stage consists of a helical gear, and the output stage uses a worm shaft and wheel. GG20 (DIN 1691) cast iron is used as the housing material; the worm wheel is made of DIN 1705 (SnBz12) bronze, and the worm shaft is hardened and ground from DIN 16MnCr5 material.
