RCH Low Capacity Hot Water Driven Absorption Chiller
Ebara PompaAPPLICATION AREAS:
It can be used as a heat source with hot water at 80–90°C in various facilities such as Cogeneration Systems, Petrochemical, Refinery, Food, Textile, Chemical, Wood, Glass, Paper, Fertilizer, and Plastic industries. In short, it is suitable for all applications where an appropriate heat source is available and cooling is required.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
With its compact and lightweight structure, it easily meets small and medium-scale cooling needs thanks to its high heat transfer design.
Cooling Capacity Range: 160 ~ 1300 kW
COP Value: 0.75
Thanks to high-performance heat transfer tubes and heat exchangers, it provides up to 10% more energy savings.
Its unique and simplified structure integrated with a spray-type generator reduces installation space and operating weight. This device is up to 40% smaller and lighter than its counterparts.
An advanced microprocessor control system with numerous features listed below is used:
Various operating conditions are displayed on a 7-segment LED screen.
Fault prediction alarm function.
Provides historical error log tracking.
Remote connection interface (Modbus).
Ability to control tower fan motor and pump, and chilled water pump.
Optional backup screen.
By collecting data such as temperature, pressure, and other parameters under ongoing operating conditions, the device attempts to maintain normal operation and prevent failures in case of potential risky changes.
Automatically discharges hydrogen gas generated during solution flow and non-condensable gases that may leak in from the outside via the purge tank. This keeps the chiller clean and ensures stable working conditions.
To facilitate coil tube inspection and cleaning, marine-type connections are provided as standard on both the cooling tower water side and the chilled water side. Additionally, body covers are hinged for easy opening and closing.
When the device is started for the first time, the chiller automatically adjusts the hot water valve to prevent the sudden cooling of the hot water.
The microfilter, strongly recommended for all Ebara absorption chiller models, physically and biologically filters the solution to keep it as clean as on the first day. As a result, the cooling capacity of the chiller does not decrease over time, and the equipment in contact with the solution enjoys a longer service life.
