Tunnel Jet Fans are the high temperature resistant fans which directs the toxic gases to exhaust points by means of creating jet flow, thrust and momentum thanks to having long casing. Thereby this keeps emergency exits and escaping routes free of smoke. These devices are mounted via mounting feets in conformity with the installment units distribution.

Usage Area : Subway/Metro Tunnel and Highway tunnel

Endured onn-stop operation at elevated temperatures of 300 ͦ C or 400  ͦ C 2 hours respectively.                                

High Temperature resistand aluminum alloy casting blades and hub.Rotors can operate truly-reversibla which is provide same thrusts for each type of directions.Blades are specially designed to obtain airfoil structure which has high aerodynamic performances.The fan wheel is dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940,in two plane.The hub is specially designed to acquire optimal flow rate - structural resistance consistency.

All casings are sheet steel with a corrosion resistant hot dipped galvanized finish. The isolation material is mineral wool which is much more health and friendly than rock wool.Stainless steel casing and fastaners TJF models is option. 

Optional control devices can be provided. Speed control can be done with frequency inverter in 3~ phase products. (see BSC-F accessory) 

2 and 4 Pole 50/60 Hz Motors Available.  Class H insulation and IP55 Motor protection class standard.

Stainless steel chain, hanging apparatus and system are optional.
